It's been a busy week at home and at work, so I haven't had much time to lay down any prose. I'll get some writing time in soon, but in the meantime, here is a training update:
Monday: Did 60 minutes on the elliptical cross trainer. 910 Calories. Playlist: I hit shuffle on the iPod and listened to a mix of stuff.
Tuesday: Rest day.
Wednesday: 6 Miles on the indoor running track. 56:12. Pace: 9:22/mile. Marathon time at that pace: 4:05:35. Playlist: AC/DC's Back in Black
